RevPump provides an AI-powered platform that generates landing pages based on URLs you provide. Our service analyzes content from the URLs you submit and creates custom landing pages designed for conversion.

3. Account Registration

To use RevPump, you must:

Maintain the security of your account credentials
Promptly update any changes to your information
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use RevPump to:

Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of the URLs and content you submit. You grant RevPump a license to use this content to provide our services.

Generated Content: Landing pages generated by RevPump are owned by you. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with all applicable laws.

Our Service: RevPump and its technology, including our AI systems, remain our exclusive property.

6. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevPump shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

RevPump is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that generated landing pages will achieve specific conversion rates or business outcomes.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RevPump from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use RevPump ceases immediately. You may export your landing pages before account closure.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of RevPump after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
